A little easier but still quite a few hills. Started very misty and chilly then the sun came out for a couple of hours then it was misty and chilly again! Dropped back into elan valley briefly for a look around then off to Rhayader.next was Abbeycwmhir where disappointingly the abbey was in ruins and there was no cafe :( so a rejig of the route was done to for go some of the county roads for a main road and we were greeted by a lovely yellow teapot :)
Lunch was sandwiches on home made bead and the company of a cat called Sunny. Then the hills got less aggressive as we arrived back in England and our destination for the night in Shobdon. Waiting for dinner with a nice pint of Doombar.
Mary just reminded me interupting a buzzard! It was busy with some prey and I think I must've startled it and it swooped right over my head! Very scary!
